Drone strike damages thermal power plant in Russia's Oryol Oblast, governor says. Drones hit the Oryol Thermal Power Plant (TPP), "causing damage to power supply equipment," Governor Andrey Klychkov claimed.


Thermal power plant on fire in Russian-occupied Luhansk Oblast, widespread power outage reported. The accident at the power plant in the city of Shchastia in Luhansk Oblast reportedly led to the shutdown of boiler rooms and pumping stations.
