Don Trump Jr. Is Opening a Private Members Club for Wealthy MAGA Fans With $500K Fee—You Can Buy a Condo in Same Building for $710K

President Donald Trump's eldest son, Don Trump Jr., is throwing himself into the heady world of hospitality with the launch of a new private members club that will cater to the wealthiest supporters of his father's administration.
Named the "Executive Branch," the invite-only venue in Washington, D.C.'s Georgetown neighborhood will charge members a $500,000 joining fee as well as annual dues, which have not yet been revealed publicly.
Speaking to The Washington Post, Don Jr.'s business partner in the venture, Omeed Malik, revealed that the aim of the club is to provide a space that is "friendly to Republicans," something that the founders believe will fill a large gap in the market.
"During the 2024 campaign, many of us developed deep friendships and wanted to be able to catch up when our paths crossed in D.C.," he explained.
"There aren’t a plethora of options that are friendly to Republicans—examples of that abound—and we needed a space where friends can converse without worrying about their conversations showing up in the press the next day."

The outlet notes that the club will offer a "health-conscious menu" with "nods" to RFK Jr.'s Make American Healthy Again initiative. In other words, beef tallow will abound, but seed oils will likely be checked at the door.
There will be an array of American dishes on the menu—as well as Mediterranean- and Japanese-inspired options—with plenty of cocktails and high-end wines included in the offerings.
Memberships will be tiered, per CNBC, and only 200 were made available in the first round, which had already led to a lengthy waiting list as of the end of April, the outlet reported.
Among the founding members are a number of well-known characters, including crypto entrepreneurs Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, tech investor David Sacks, and venture capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya.
Only a select group of individuals were given the opportunity to become founding members or provided with a chance to join the highest (and most expensive) tier of memberships; however, other, lower-cost options are available, with fees ranging in the "low six figures," The Washington Post reported.
According to Malik, the aim is to create a truly luxurious experience for members—one that rivals some of the finest private establishments in the world—such as No. 5 Hertford St in London or Carriage House in Palm Beach.
"[We wanted] a high-end experience comparable to the finest social clubs in the world," he said, before questioning: "Why shouldn’t our nation’s capital have a luxury venue like other major metropolitan cities?"
Interestingly, however, the choice of location for the first Executive Branch venue somewhat belies that luxury ethos—with reports revealing in April that the founders had chosen a space inside a commercial complex called Georgetown Park, a property that is also home to a DMV office, a TJ Maxx, and a Gold's Gym.

As it turns out, the complex also boasts a spread of residential condos, one of which has just been put on the market for just $210,000 more than the highest-tier Executive Branch membership cost—providing one lucky buyer with a potential opportunity to rub shoulders with D.C.'s wealthiest and highest-profile political power figures.
The one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom unit sits inside the Georgetown Park Residences, which are in the same building as the commercial businesses but do boast a separate entrance.
Described as a "bright, corner unit," the property had previously been used as a rental, with an October 2021 listing indicating that it was on the market for $3,300 a month.
Although the new listing makes no mention of the building's newest addition, it does note that the unit is located in a "desirable" location, adding that residents can be assured of "unique neighborhood views."
"Enjoy 1, 000 square feet of thoughtfully designed, above-grade living space featuring abundant natural light, a spacious and quiet living room, large kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and unique neighborhood views," the description states.
"The desirable Georgetown address also provides lasting appeal and rental potential, making this home a sensible choice for those seeking both lifestyle and location."
In addition to its plum political location, the property also comes with some added perks, including a private parking space in the building's underground garage, as well as gas and water utilities that are covered by the monthly $1,319 HOA fees.
