Why does Donald Trump wear the same exact clothes every day (the long red tie)?

Donald Trump loves the finer things in life, so it shouldn't be too much if a surprise that he wears Brioni suits. Typically, a Brioni suit off-the-rack (OTR) is roughly $3,000-$5,000, which is quite a haul.

There is record that Brioni supplied Trump's wardrobe for The Apprentice. Would he really wear the same suit every day? Maybe, but I doubt it. He loves his suits ill-fitting so maybe they all just look the same after a while.

Donald Trump is a larger man, so a larger fitting suit can help hide that from others. You can see his body shape in the below picture:

As for his tie, he’s famous for wearing a red tie that is too wide and way too long.

There may be a psychological reason for wearing a red tie everyday, such as the feelings that the color invokes. It’s also possible that a long tie may distract a viewer from the rest of his body.

Without looking too much into things red could simply be his favorite color.

As per Trump, everything he does serves a purpose, whether it be good or bad. The way he dresses himself is just one example out of many.
